The Review will begin reviewing Articles and Essays for Volume 109 (2010-2011) in February of 2010. Information about submitting a manuscript at that time appears below. Please also review our article-length policy before sending your submission.

Submission Guidelines
Citations in manuscripts should appear in footnotes, not endnotes, and follow The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). The style of citations and text should conform to The Chicago Manual of Style (15th ed. 2003).
